Sr. IoT Engineer

Location: West Bengal, Odisha and Ahmedabad

Position: (2 openings) 4–6 years of experience in the Industrial Automation industry

Your responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Execute installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems
  • Perform energy monitoring, analysis, and audits
  • Manage projects related to instrumentation and control systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients for smooth execution
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation as needed
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Requirements:

  • B.E. in Electrical or Instrumentation & Control
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industrial automation projects
  • Practical knowledge of energy systems and field instrumentation
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently on-site during execution phases.

Project Engineer

Location: Ahmedabad/ South/ Delhi/ East (West Bengal/Odisha)

  • Responsibilities:

    • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IoT gateways and edge devices.
    • Manage data collection, transmission, and processing between field devices and central systems.
    • Independently manage all aspects of product testing, from initial planning to final delivery,
    • ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
    • Understand and implement various field-level automation communication protocols (e.g., Modbus,
    • CAN, RS-485, OPC-UA) for industrial IoT environments.
    • Collaborate with automation engineers to connect all field devices, HMI, PLCs and SCADA to IoT
    • gateways & Routers.
    • Design and interpret network diagrams, ensuring the right architecture for secure and efficient
    • communication between IoT devices, gateways, and the cloud.
    • Effectively communicate project status updates, and potential challenges to management and
    • internal stakeholders.
    • Drive projects single-handedly, demonstrating resourcefulness and adaptability in response to
    • changing project dynamics.
    • Demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork skills while working with diverse teams to
    • meet project objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate degree in Electronics & Communication, Electronics or relevant.
    • Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in embedded/IOT product validation and testing.
    • Required Knowledge of Industrial protocols like Modbus RTU/TCP/IP, OPC UA, etc.
    • Hands-on experience with Python coding and basic knowledge of Linux commands.
    • Required Knowledge of cloud & mobile applications use.
    • Experience with Agile and software development process methodologies.
    • Strong experience with documenting test cases and test plans.
    • Strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities.
    • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

Vibration Analyst / Condition Monitoring Expert

Location: Ahmedabad / Baroda

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Fault Analysis Expertise: Identify and recommend solutions for client asset faults. Conduct site surveys            
    • Client Communication: Engage with subject matter experts to deliver precise recommendations for asset fault analysis.
    • Sales and Demos: Take an active role in pre-sales demonstrations and sales activities.
    • Management Reporting: Regularly update management on progress towards agreed goals.
    • Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on machine installation for our team and customers.
    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and compile diagnostic reports from raw vibration and sensor data.
    • Customer Relationship: Build trust with customers by providing top-notch service and addressing diagnostic concerns.
    • Collaborative Innovation: Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance diagnostics, automation, and product development.

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Experience: Minimum 3+ years as a Vibration Analyst with Category II or III certification. A degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology is preferred.
    • Technical Expertise: Proficient in Machine Maintenance Best Practices, particularly for rotating equipment.
    • Collaboration: Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
    • Customer Focus: Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience effectively.
    • Tech Enthusiasm: Passionate about the evolving landscape of technology, data science, IIOT, machine learning, and AI.
    • Languages: English, Hindi.

Business Development Manager / Inside Sales Manager

Location: Anywhere in India

Your responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Responsible for executing Pre-sales strategies in Industrial IOT, Edge computing, Smart
Manufacturing, Predictive maintenance solutions areas to OEM, and system integrator.
• Communicating & Discussion with customers on application success related to condition
monitoring.
• Building a Relationship with Technical decision-makers inside the plant and channel partners
whenever required
• Build relationships with key roles in system integrators and OEM firms.
• Develop compelling Value creation condition monitoring focused on Plant &system integrator
customers for use at APPLICATION Success.
• Work in collaboration with marketing and sales teammates to achieve business goals.
• Understanding customers’ needs and identifying Technical application opportunities.
• Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers inline with sales.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in an outbound calling, prospecting, or a related sales position in reputed
Industrial software, Industrial IoT, or Industrial Automation industry.
• Previous experience of working in the international market is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Hub spot.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.

Key Account Manager / Sr. Key Account Manager

Location:

Your responsibility will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients in the enterprise
sector. Serve as the primary point of contact and develop a deep understanding of their business
needs, challenges, and goals.
Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to identify
opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling. Work with clients to align their business
objectives with the company’s products and services.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting and selling the
company’s solutions to key clients. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
and acquire new enterprise clients.
Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales,
marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and drive
revenue growth. Coordinate resources to address client needs and deliver on commitments.
Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization. Gather feedback,
identify areas for improvement, and work with internal teams to enhance the company’s offerings
and service delivery.
Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and
competitive landscape within the enterprise sector. Leverage this knowledge to develop effective
sales strategies and differentiate the company’s solutions.
Contract Negotiation and Management: Lead contract negotiations with key clients, ensuring
favourable terms and conditions while protecting the company’s interests. Manage contract
renewals, expansions, and amendments.

Job Requirements:

•BE -: Mechanical / Production/ Instrumentation / Automation / Control system preferred.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in enterprise selling with Pharma, FMCG or any process
industry.
• Master’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise market and industry dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
